Delivery area

We deliver to <strong>Germany</strong> as well as to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Not every item can be delivered to every country. In the shop, you will only see items that we can ship to your selected country – you can change the country anytime at the top of the page.

Islands: We cannot deliver to German and foreign islands (for example Heligoland, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Bornholm, the Wadden Islands, Croatian islands as well as Saaremaa and Hiiumaa) or to the French overseas territories. Affected postal codes will be rejected at checkout.

Shipping costs

Germany: under €70.00 order value €5.90, free shipping above.

Other EU countries: €14.90 flat rate, free shipping from €199.00 order value.

All prices are final prices. For deliveries to other EU countries, the VAT of the destination country is included (Croatia: 25 %); the displayed gross price remains the same in all countries.

Delivery time

Currently, about 3 working days processing time and approximately 5 working days total delivery time apply for Germany. Transport to other EU countries usually takes two to three working days longer. The exact delivery time of the item is shown in the shop.
